Application Rejection

When applying for an auto credit finance loan or facility, there is possibility that your application might be rejected. When your application is rejected, I would recommend that you should not relent in your quest; rather I would advise that you should do the needful by writing your lender an inquiry letter, requesting them to state with reasons why your application for an auto credit facility was rejected if such a reason was not stated in your rejection letter.

Chances are that they might oblige your request. If they do try fixing the problems by addressing or proffering solutions to the area that they complained about. When you are through or done rectifying the issues that they complained about, move on to inform your lender about it or try reapplying

Defaulting in Payment

Although most lenders are very strict when it comes to repayment and payment of interest, I would recommend that you should keep your lender informed whenever you would be unable to meet up with payment. At such times, I would recommend that you should write your lender a letter to, explain, and furnish him with reasons why you were unable to meet up with repayment. If your reasons and explanations for defaulting in repayment are genuine, the lender might consider you and grant you your request for an extension.
